During a recent visit to Bengaluru, Venkatesh Daggubati kept it traditional with a breakfast outing at a legendary restaurant.

South Indian actor Venkatesh Daggubati recently indulged in one of Bengaluru's most celebrated breakfast staples during a visit to the city. On March 29, the actor was spotted at Vidyarthi Bhavan, a legendary restaurant known for its crisp dosas, along with currency historian Rezwan Razack. The clip showed Venkatesh seated inside the bustling restaurant as servers brought out plates of the iconic masala dosa the place is famous for. The actor seemed to enjoy the crisp dosa with chutney. Aside from the dosa, he also indulged in a plate of vada, idli, sambhar and chutney. The actor ended the meal with some filter coffee.

The video was shared by the official X handle of the Vidyarthi Bhawan. In the caption, they wrote, “Honoured to host the ever-charming Mr. Venkatesh Daggubati @VenkyMama along with Mr. Rezwan Razack @indianbanknotes at Vidyarthi Bhavan for breakfast today! It was truly our pleasure to serve one of Tollywood's finest!”Venkatesh Daggubati, known for his long and successful career in Telugu cinema, has often spoken about his appreciation for homely and traditional food. In a 2024 interview with The Curly Tales, Daggubati revealed that one dish that he orders without fail when he goes out is pizza. Aside from that, he shared that he likes to indulge in Hyderabadi classics like biryani, haleem and kebabs.

Vidyarthi Bhavan, located in Basavanagudi, has built a loyal following over decades for its distinctive style of dosa - thick, crispy on the outside, soft within, and generously layered with masala.
