- The whistleblower was another nephew of Sushilaben's. He claims the suspects didn't get her will probated -- in other words, get rights to administer the estate from a court.

- The police have collected some evidence of the suspect's alleged crimes, including video footage showing one of them taking jewellery from Sushilaben's lockers.

- A case of breach of criminal trust has been filed, but a lawyer for the suspects says the charge isn't applicable. He says they were merely obeying Sushilaben's wish to donate her wealth.
